Shahbaz Ahmed -ACA

Shahbaz is qualified Chartered Accountant and the Managing Director of LPS Livingstone. He worked with well-known accountancy firms across London specialising in SME sector before starting his own practice in Central London. He also worked with various private and semi Government organisations.

Shahbaz has wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with owner-managed businesses, tax planning and compliance issues particularly involving HM Revenue & Customs.

Areas of his other expertise are assisting new start-up companies where investors may be eligible for tax relief on their investment and service charge accounting from small to medium size developments to multi million pound complexes.

Shahbaz is a Xero Certified Adviser since January 2016 and is actively involved in the transition of Making Tax Digital.

Ronnie Jacob -FCA

Ronnie has over 40 years’ experience within the accountancy profession. He has also been Finance Director of a leading retail chain which he helped float on the London Stock Exchange. Ronnie established his own practice in 1995 and has built up a reputation as a general practice Accountant specialising in personal tax and family businesses.

He is recognised within the industry as a leading expert in Service charge accounting matters and provides the focal point at LPS Livingstone for personal taxation, share and business valuations, particularly involving HM Revenue & Customs.

He also acts as Finance Director of a charity in Watford dealing with disabled people and finding them employment and providing skills training

Philippa Aaronson –BSc FFA

Philippa is a pensions actuary and has been in the pensions industry for over 38 years. She has advised Trustees, companies and employees on all types of pension schemes.  She has been head of an investment department as well as Head of Retirement for one of the UKs major banks. An additional role has been as an independent financial adviser to high net worth individuals.

Sibtain Aslam -ACCA

Sibtain qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant in 2011 and joined LPS in 2012. He worked his way through the ranks to become Practice Manager. He also supervises the payroll services to clients including Auto enrolment pension compliance, salary changes, statutory maternity & other statutory pay, P60s, and payroll related HMRC enquiries.

Gail Higgins

Statutory Department is controlled by Gail Higgins who over the years has built up vast experience in maintaining company statutory records, filing relevant documents including Annual Returns with Companies House and the issuing of share certificates and other statutory documents as required.

Mike Cavill

Mike is the most senior member of our team with over 45 years of experience in accounting profession. He is an integral part of our bookkeeping team that is responsible for maintaining clients’ books, prepares management reports and VAT returns using different bookkeeping softwares.
